Michelle Massman

 

A lifelong Minnesotan, Michelle Massman brings her Midwestern charm, grit, and relentless enthusiasm to her latest venture, the Culinary Studio. With over two decades of entrepreneurial experience launching and scaling successful businesses, Michelle knows how to turn a gap in the market into an opportunity. When she couldn’t find the type of local cooking classes she was looking for, she connected with culinary expert Mary Levinski, and together, they decided to give it a try on their own.

 

The result is the Culinary Studio—a place where food lovers gather to learn, create, and share experiences in a hands-on, welcoming environment. From seasonal feasts to artisan bread making, Michelle and Mary are excited to bring their vision of community-centered culinary education to life.

Mary Levinski

 

Mary Levinski is an award-winning educator with 38 years of experience teaching Family and Consumer Sciences at Sauk Rapids-Rice High School.

 

As a ProStart Instructor for the past 19 years, Mary has guided her team to 18 State championships in both management and culinary, and has earned 3 National team awards. She was honored as the 2020 ACF Chef of the Year and the 2023 CAFE Teacher of the Year.

 

At the Culinary Studio, Mary brings her exceptional teaching skills and culinary expertise to provide an inspiring and educational experience for all participants.
