Reservation Policy

Full payment is required at the time of registration. We accept credit cards and gift cards. For alternate payment methods such as cash or check, please contact us directly to make arrangements.

Payments will be processed upon registration.

Upon successful registration and payment, you will receive a confirmation email with details about your class. If you do not receive this email, please contact us immediately to ensure your registration is confirmed.

Group events require registration by contacting us directly at contact@culinarystudiomn.com.

We reserve the right to substitute food items based on availability.

Please arrive on time, as classes will begin promptly at their scheduled time.
Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your registration, please notify us at least three (3) business days prior to your class. For group bookings of five (5) or more, a seven (7) business days notice is required.

Cancellations made within three (3) business days of your class are not eligible for a refund or credit due to the preparation and food purchasing process.

We maintain a waiting list for full classes. If you cancel less than three (3) days before the class, we will attempt to fill your spot. If the spot is filled, you will receive a gift card for the registration amount, minus any discounts applied to your payment.

We reserve the right to cancel a class due to low attendance, inclement weather, or emergencies. In such cases, you will be notified via phone and email and offered a credit for another class or a full refund.
Staying Safe and Healthy

It is your responsibility to inform us of any medical or food allergies before the class and to take necessary precautions to avoid any allergic reactions. While we may try to accommodate your needs, we cannot guarantee allergy-free environments.

Please dress comfortably and safely. Flip-flops and open-toed shoes are not permitted. Avoid wearing loose clothing or jewelry that could get caught in equipment. Long hair should be secured with hair clips or bands.
Liability Waiver

By participating in our classes or activities, you agree to waive, release, indemnify, and hold harmless Culinary Studio LLC and its owners, members, managers, officers, directors, chefs, employees, and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all demands, claims, losses, injuries, damages, liabilities, and expenses, whether known or unknown, arising from your participation in our classes or activities. You further agree not to sue the Released Parties for such claims.
Recipes

Recipes for the dishes prepared in our classes are provided to participants for personal use. These recipes remain the intellectual property of Culinary Studio LLC and may not be used for commercial purposes. Unauthorized use of our recipes may result in legal action.
Confidentiality

We value your privacy and will not sell or share your personal information with third parties. We will take reasonable steps to maintain the confidentiality of any information you provide.
Age Requirements

Our classes are designed for adults aged 18 and older. We offer specific classes for kids and teens, which are detailed in our class catalog.
Cell Phone Etiquette

Please be considerate of your fellow participants and our instructors by keeping your phone on silent or vibrate during class. If you need to use your phone, please step out of the immediate class area.
Photography

Photography is allowed during class. Please do not post any photographs of other class participants to social media without permission. Video is not permitted.

By participating in our classes or events, you grant Culinary Studio LLC permission to capture and use photographs or video footage of you for use in our social media, website, and other marketing materials. If you do not wish to be included, please inform us prior to the start of the class.
